1. Professional Achievements: Demonstrated significant contributions to science education (E.g. curriculum development, research, mentorship, science education outreach or community science projects).

2. Student Impact: Proven track record of positively influencing students’ academic achievements and inspiring a passion for science.

3. Peer Recognition: Recognized by peers for leadership, mentorship, and contributions to the teaching community.

4. Professional Development: Continuous engagement in professional growth activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, or earning advanced degrees. May lead professional development as a facilitator.
