  1. Professional Achievements: Accomplishments that demonstrate innovative (unique, creative, and impactful) approaches to science teaching.

  2. Student Impact: Evidence of engaging students in science through impactful  experiences.

  3. Peer Recognition: Nominated by colleagues or supervisors for demonstrating potential and innovation in the field of science education.

  4. Professional Development: Participation in professional development activities focused on improving pedagogical knowledge.
